Anya Taylor Joy was born on April 16, 1996, on American soil, particularly in Miami, Florida, where her family lived at the time. When she was a toddler, her family moved to Argentina, and she grew up speaking only Spanish before moving back to London at the age of six. There Anya learned to speak English.
