At the age of 19, he did not follow the path other martial artists had taken by participating in shows like the Cage Warriors and BAMMA when he moved to Brazil, but Darren, before taking the step, got into a fight at a party that stabbed him twice in the back. It was a very serious incident that almost cost him his life, and as soon as he recovered, his coach sent him to Brazil, where he had no knowledge of Portuguese.

In Brazil, he started from scratch but was able to move up quite quickly, so by the time he was called up to the UFC, he was almost fully prepared and knew how to triumph over any opponent in the ring. His first UFC match was against Wendell de Oliveira in 2015 in Goiania, Brazil. In the second round, Darren Hill managed to eliminate Wendell. With the win, Till knew he would become a big name in the sport, and that served as his motivation.
His next fight was against Nicolas Dalby. This would be considered the only fight he had not won so far. But the good thing about it is that he didn’t lose the fight either, because it only ended in a draw. UFC fight evening: Gustafsson against Teixeira was his next fight in 2017 against Jasin Ayari, which he won unanimously. In his next fight he defeated Bojan Velickovic, then Donald Cerrone, whom he defeated by a knockout. In 2018 he fought against Stephen Thompson and brought him down in the fifth round.
Darren Till’s career was already on a winning streak before he made it to the UFC. His first professional fight was against Luciano Oliveira Ribeiro, which he won in 2013. That same year he fought seven more times and won each time; three times by a total knockout, three times by knockout, and once by submission. In 2014 he participated in two more fights and won the first by submission, while the second was won by unanimous decision. His last fight before the UFC was in 2015 when he fought Laerte Costa e Silva and defeated him by total knockout.

Girlfriend and Wife
There is something that means the world to every person for the gorilla, it is exclusively his daughter. Even though he does not have a wife yet because he has never been married, Darren Till has a daughter with his girlfriend who gave birth after he moved to Brazil.
Four months after he moved to the South American country, he met his girlfriend, and together they had a daughter. Since he wanted to do something different on her birthday, the UFC star decided to get her face tattooed on his left arm. According to the martial artist, his girlfriend is the best in the world and he believes that whenever he fights, she fights with him and that whenever he is beaten, she takes some of the pain.
Much is still unknown about his girlfriend and his daughter, but from what we have seen and heard about them, they are at the center of his life, just like his fighting career.
Darren Till Height, Weight, and Body Measurements
There are some sports where you have to have everything when it comes to height and builds. Interestingly, martial arts is not one of these sports. Apart from that, it is therefore not surprising that a relatively successful martial artist like Darren Till is neither the biggest man you can find nor the best built.
Expressed in numbers, he is 1.83 m (6 feet 0 inches) tall, while his physique is 77 kg (170 lb). His range is 74″ and his leg range is 42″. There is no denying that his height and body measurements have helped him set the record of 17 wins, one draw, and no loss in his career to date.
