Sandra Bullock’s outstanding portfolio is well known. Not only has she won at least 78 coveted awards and received countless nominations, but she was named one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2010. Five years later she was named “Most Beautiful Woman” by People Magazine. On the merit side, the star was then twice named Forbes’ highest-paid actress in the world. However, she is not known for the extravagant lifestyle that most stars in her category are known for, so many people wonder how she spends her money. We are therefore pleased to announce that we have found out how Sandra Bullock spends her millions and we share it with you here.
How Does Sandra Bullock Spend Her Millions?

Sandra Bullock Spends on Cars Also
It is obvious that besides real estate, another of Sandra Bullock’s obsessions is cars. She owns a fleet of cars which, according to some critics, does not come close to what one would expect from the actress, but which is nevertheless an expensive collection. The fleet includes a Mercedes GL 550, an Audi A6, and a Toyota Prius. We haven’t been able to get exact figures about what the actress spent on each car, but here are the current prices for each of the cars on the market: The prices we found for used Mercedes GL550 range from $37,998 to $42,998, while the price for a brand new copy of the SUV is limited to $95,750. As for the Audi A6, which is ranked 7th in the luxury mid-range cars, we found 58,900 dollars for a brand new one. For the Toyota Prius, the new car prices are between 23,770 and 32,200 dollars.

She Spends Mostly on Real Estate
With a current net worth estimated at $255 million, Sandra Bullock owns buildings in some of the most beautiful locations in the country. You would also recognize that Sandra’s taste in real estate is sometimes not what most modern people would consider noble. For example, she might prefer an old-fashioned building with a history rather than some of the more architecturally modern buildings in the city. One of her most reported and celebrated real estate deals concerns an antique-looking house in New Orleans that was supposedly completed in 1876. The $2.25 million houses, called “The Swiss Chalet House”, stand on a 574 square meter plot and are now valued more for its historical value than for anything else.
Sandra Bullock also spent $3.35 million to purchase a townhouse in Manhattan, which is said to have been built in 1899. Then there is this antiquated resort that the actress purchased on Tybee Island Georgia. Although we do not yet have the exact amount she paid for the building, it is said to be rented for $1,400 per night and for at least 4 nights in a row. This is certainly due to the fact that the property is located in one of the quietest environments you can ever find.
But that’s not to say that the actress’s taste is almost always the same as in the past. She made headlines in 2011 when she bought a property in Beverly Hills for $16.9 million. The property consists of a 7 bedroom, 753 square meter (0.19 acres) house with lush green vegetation. It also owns a three-bedroom house in Los Angeles. The building, which cost her $1.5 million, is located in the same area as the very sophisticated The Chateau Marmont Hotel. Many famous stars are said to reside there as well.

If you now thought we told you that Sandra Bullock’s biggest real estate spendings so far have been made, you will be surprised: She is one of the owners of the highly esteemed Sierra Towers in West Hollywood. She has purchased two units within the building for a total of $16.5 million. There are more upscale real estate deals that carry Sandra’s name, but these are for illustration only.

Sandra Bullock Spends Her Millions Donating to Charities
Sandra Bullock is said to have donated over $6 million to the Red Cross alone to support various relief efforts. But she does not like to draw attention to these donations. For example, she was one of the celebrities who donated funds for the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas in 2017. Previously, she had donated $1 million each in national and international disasters such as the September 11 attacks, the tsunami in Indonesia (2004), Hurricane Katrina (2005), and the earthquake and tsunami in Japan (2011).
The actress was once also reported to have donated a clinic to a high school in New Orleans. In 2017, she donated $5,000 via a Gofundme page opened to help aged and homeless ex-pool manager for Beverly Hills Hotel Svend Petersen. You can correctly expect that there are more of Sandra’s philanthropic donations that have escaped our attention.
