Trent Garrett was born on the 2nd day of March 1984 in Hampton, a town in Virginia, USA. He is reportedly middle-named Kennedy. He was born to a father named Greg Garrett and a mother named Libby Garrett. The actor has three siblings with whom he grew up; an older brother and a younger brother and sister. There is a great bond between the family. Trent is apparently an American, but reportedly he is also of German and Scottish origin.
As an adult, Trent was a very active young man and always took part in social activities whenever he had the opportunity. He attended Grafton High School, a public high school in Grafton, Virginia. During his time in high school, he joined the school soccer team and performed very well.

Trent Garrett started his acting career on television in 2009 when he starred as Bru-Dog in an episode of 90210. His role in the series gave him some publicity and the necessary experience that prepared him for further heroics in Hollywood.
Next, he got his first major television role in 2010 when he was cast as Asher Pike in the soap opera All My Children. He played this role from 2010 to 2011 and appeared in more than 90 episodes. In 2012 Trent made his feature film debut when he was cast in Last Call, a comedy in which he played the role of Ryan. That same year, he played the role of Jivers in another feature film Slightly Single in L.A.
