Kristen Welker was born on 1 July 1976 to Harvey Welker and his wife Julie. Records show that she was born in Philadelphia, the largest city in Pennsylvania. As far as we know, Kristen also grew up in Philadelphia, although the details of her upbringing are rather vague.
