Kyle Korver Bio, Age
Kyle Korver was born on March 17, 1981, in Lakewood, California, and is the son of Kevin and Laine Korver. Originally raised in Los Angeles, Korver moved with his family and three younger siblings to Pella, Iowa in 1993. From an early age, he loved and showed his interest in basketball. He attended Pella High School and later Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication.
Career
As a colleague, Korver played for his school’s basketball team, where he was inducted into the MVC All-Bench and All-Newcomer teams for scoring 8.8 points per game. What’s more, he was appointed to the MVC All-Tournament Team. Immediately after college, Korver made the NBA design as the 51st overall selection of New Jersey Nets. Later, he was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers, where he played for nearly four years before joining Utah Jazz in 2007. He played jazz for three years before moving to Chicago Bulls in 2010. He later moved to the Atlanta Hawks, where he scored a three-point shot in 127 consecutive games and set the record for the highest three-point field goal share in a season at 53.6%. As a result, he was named his first NBA All-Star game in 2015. But his impressive streaks with the Hawks ended in 2012 and he is currently a veteran shooting for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kyle Korver Family – Brother, Sister
The NBA three-point specialist was raised in a Christian family with his father, Father Kevin, as a pastor in the Third Reformed Church of Pella, one of the largest churches in the congregation. Kyle is the eldest son of the four brothers Kaleb, Klayton and Kirk Korver. The Korver’s are a basketball family, as all four brothers have played either at the college level or above. While Kyle and Kaleb played at Creighton University, Klayton played at Drake in Des Moines, Iowa and Kirk at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Unfortunately, Kyle and his family suffered a tragedy on March 20, 2018, when they lost their youngest brother, Kirk Korver, who died at the age of 27 after an unmentioned sudden illness. Prior to his death, Kirk Korver played in preparation for Pella High School and was named all-state third in his senior year. He also played for the University of Missouri-Kansas City as a striker for three seasons (from 2009 to 2014), scoring 597 points and 267 rebounds.

Kyle Korver is married to the American singer Juliet Richardson. Juliet, born in Philadelphia, was once an alternative and talented singer/songwriter. She was a former lead singer in 1 Plus 1 and has an album Random Order, (2005) in her honor. But the former singer has turned to other interests and is currently a yoga teacher.
Kyle and Juliet, who met after one of Julia’s pastors in Utah introduced them to each other, married on August 10, 2011. They have three children together, a daughter Kyra Elyse Korver, born in 2012, and two sons, Knox Korver, born in 2015, and the youngest Koen Korver, born in 2016.
After Korver had joined the Cavaliers, his family moved to Cleveland. Together, the couple, who are actively involved in the charity, have made great progress in their relationship and show no signs of separation or divorce.
