Rod Wave (born August 27, 1998) is an American recording artist, rapper, singer, songwriter, and social media star from St. Petersburg, Florida. He first rose to prominence after releasing the song “Heart Break Hotel” on 08 December 2016.
The song was released on his self-titled YouTube channel, where the rapper has over 382 thousand subscribers. The channel was first launched on 17 November 2016 with the video “Mike Tyson” (with more than 118 000 views).

The rapper, whose real full birth name is Rodarius Marcell Green, was born in 1998 in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. His birthday is 27 August 2019 (Rodarius Wave’s age is 21 in 2019).
His father remained a street fighter and was in prison for several years. As a result, Marcel and his mother faced many financial problems. When he was in primary school, the singer’s parents ended their marriage and divorced.
