Roxann Caballero, born on September 11, 1958, was born in Los Angeles, California, in the United States of America. She was born of American parents – Rosalie and Richard Caballero. She has American citizenship and belongs to the white ethnic group.
Roxann grew up in her hometown Los Angeles and completed her high school education there. Soon after graduating, she enrolled at the University of California at Berkeley, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980.
